The band

Irregular Order is a Washington, D.C. band with one subject: Capitol Hill. Concerned citizens and part-time musicians with a passion for the U.S. Congress, celebrating the good and lamenting the bad about the American political process.

The name is a play on regular order, the parliamentary term for how the legislative process is supposed to work.
